You can view the contacts for any transmittal but you can only edit the contacts for unsent transmittals.
To view or edit additional contacts:
Tip You may also add contacts by copying existing contact rows and then modifying the copies. To select a row to copy, click the arrowhead icon in the left column of a row. To copy a selected row, press Ctrl + C. To paste a copied row, press Ctrl + V.
Tip You may edit the contacts (including adding contacts) for multiple transmittals in one operation by selecting multiple transmittals in step 2. When you select multiple transmittals, only those contacts that are common to all of the transmittals are shown in the Edit carbon copies dialog. For more information about how contacts are considered to be equal, see Understanding contact types. Similarly, if the contact type and contact reason are not the same for all contacts, values are not shown in those columns but must be specified before any changes can be saved. If a value is selected for one contact, it is applied to all of the selected transmittals. When a contact person becomes a non-common contact as a result of editing the transmittal, the non-common contact will adopt the properties of the new one. Non-common contacts are those recipients of the transmittals that are not shown because only the common contacts are being edited.
Note The Edit carbon copies dialog size and position as well as column widths, positions, and sorting orders are saved between Transmittal Manager sessions.
